We hope to talk with you soon!
Why Sell at The Cheshire Union?
We take a (low!) 30% commission, meaning there is no upfront cost to sell!
You can focus on the art making, while we focus on the art selling! We send a check each month for anything sold.
We are located on Route 21 South, a beautiful drive down the west side of Canandaigua lake, in the ~quirky~ hamlet of Cheshire, NY. We attract locals and tourists - especially in the summer and holiday months.
We host frequent events throughout the year including: The Cheshire Cat Flea!, Gift Shop trails in conjunction with other small businesses, art shows in our Rusty Brundage Memorial Art Gallery and classes of ALL kinds!
We are a unique and beautiful building with a cool history! Built in 1915, The Cheshire Union was originally a 4-room schoolhouse that taught grades 1-8 for about 40 years.
We have a staff of artists, art enthusiasts and art marketers. PLUS we’re a community of 100+ artists in the finger lakes area. Heed Barbara Sher’s advice: “Isolation is a dream killer”. Many like to think that being an artist is a solitary process, but the best opportunities come up when we interact with others~
