About the Class

Our teacher Ulana will lead everyone step-by-step in creating special Pysanky Eggs! Pysanky Eggs are decorative eggs created using dyes and a wax-resist method called batik. Candles and wax will be used so this class is best suited for teens and adults. Wear some old clothes and bring a hair tie to tie your hair back.

Space is limited to 10 students. You must pre-register either online through our website or by calling the shop 585-394-5530. If you RSVP and your plans change so that you are unable to attend, let us know so that we may let someone in from the waiting list. :)

Cost of the class is $25/person and we ask that folks pay the day of with cash or check to avoid processing fees (so there is more to contribute to the cause!). Proceeds will be donated to Called to Care, an organization helping displaced Ukrainian families in Canandaigua. Check out what they are doing on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/calledtocarecdga/
